AM2PM Carpet Cleaning Restoration

WARNING WARNING WARNING !!!!!!

Take it from someone who has worked for this company first of all they are as dishonest as they come they advertise a 4.95$ a room special that is considered there basic package and it is designed to actually make your carpets worse they literally soak your carpet with hot water no chemicles or anything which all it does is bring the dirt and grim to the surface (what happens when you put water over dirt ) yes you get mud then try to extract it as best they can but does nothing besides create a mess . They advertise this coupon knowing that it makes your carpets worse so they can get there foot in the door and up sell you on anything they can . Second of all every person I have trained with uses pure intimidation to up sell what they can because obviously we are payed of commission (20% of the job) the techs are very aggressive especially if they don't get the price that they want . They also try to upsell you on a chemicle that they will have to use regardless it is an acid wash that is designed to neutralize the chemicle that is sprayed(if they can upsell you into buying this chemicle ) (that prevents your carpets from crusting over ) it's basically a complete scam because the chemicle is automatically running thru are water supply so why not make you believe you are getting an additional chem and they will tell you there adding it for an extra 50$ which it's added regardless . I worked for the company for about a month and it was an awful experience the owner GARY treats his employes like he treats his clients like pure dirt . In the month I worked there I witnessed dozens of people getting taking advantage of and multiple people that were so upset with there service they refused to pay . I wouldn't send this company to wash my dirty underwear considering that task might be a little to hard to handle for them . Not to mention there techs are just as dishonest and definitely not trust worth people you want in your house and definitely not to be left unattended . I could literally go on and on but I think the point is clear stay away from this company

I just moved into my new house and my allergies were horrible! A friend on facebook recommended AM2PM so I gave them a call and scheduled them to clean my ventilation system. They were very professional and did a great job! I would have no problem calling them back or referring them to anybody. Thanks!

Just had these guys clean my carpets using their works package that includes the deep clean and a scotchguard protector. Carpets look great, I will be using them every year! Recommend to anyone.

They are horrible! Do not use them! I had a very bad experience with Tony! Extremely deceitful on their pricing!

These guys cheated us out of a lot of money. They tacked on a lot of hidden costs that I don't feel were necessary. 10 year warranty?!? a warranty for vent cleaning? They say they use special chemicals, but I'm skeptical about that. The guy brushed around the vents, and around the inside, the never cleaned or vacuumed the inside of the vent shafts. Where did he spray these so called chemicals? We paid a HUGE amount of money and he said I signed and we were obligated to pay. We were quoted $140 for the job and ended up paying $634!!! My wife and I tried to explain we weren't intending to pay this amount because it was taking away from our house payment but they didn't care, they just wanted their money. Please don't use these guys. I'm going to post on other sites hoping we can get these money hounds out of business. Screw these guys, find a more reputable company who won't screw you out of money and will do a more thorough job for less. They don't even deserve 1 star!

They don't even deserve the ONE star but I had to choose at least one! I wish I would have read some of the previous reviews. I really don't know how this company had ANY good ones. They are absolutely horrible! They cheat you out of your money with hidden fees and misleading advertising. They came out, I was expecting to pay $4.95/room and .20 per sq ft IF any areas needed to be pretreated. When the guy got there (very unprofessional) he went into the rooms looked them over and gave me an invoice for $200!!! I told him I wasn't expecting that much and about the IF some areas needed to be pretreated he said he had to to the entire room or it wouldn't be clean. We were in the process of moving in and had a lot going on then he said he could take out the "red stain" charge and threw some numbers together, gave me a new price of $160. Still wasn't sure so he bumped it down to $140 after taking other charges off (note he didn't give me a discount, he said he wouldn't do that job he was deducting). In the end I paid $140 since he was already there and I just wanted to be done with moving. He left and the carpets ended up still dirty and smelling like wet dog!!!! We don't even have dogs!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

AM2PM is great!! My carpets have never been so clean and soft. While the tech was here he also made me a deal on my tile/grout and it looks great. I didn't realize how dirty my grout was until now. I'm 110% satisfied with them, great work guys!

I've had my carpets cleaned for a long time now, but these guys are the first cleaners to clean my carpets and they are not crunchy! Everytime I had my carpets cleaned, they were crunchy afterwards. Some cleaners were better than others, but it was always crunchy. I thought this was normal until AM2PM came out this last week. Not only is my carpet super soft, its also the best its looked in years and smells great! Ive always used different companies, but now I will call am2pm everytime.

AM2PM Cleaned my carpet and stairs and did a great job. The price was reasonable and the service was outstanding. I would recommend to anyone. 5****

Hell Yeah, they're affordable, professional and do a great job. Call them if your dogs use the restroom on your floors too. Damn dogs :/

I had my couch and lounge chairs cleaned last week , they look great now and they even got out a bad stain from where i spilled wine on it . best part is after they cleaned them they offered to do my carpets at a discount this place is awesome

I just had my carpets and tile cleaned by am2pm and not only did they get me in at the last minute , but they did a great job . The guy they sent out was friendly and helped me with all my questions , i will be calling them back in the future

I was able to have these guys come out on a short notice over the weekend, and they did a fine job; however, they came in 3 hours before their scheduled appointment. They charged me $440 for 5 rooms and some tile. They did not explain the charges or options that not all fancy treatment is necessary to keep the bill low, i.e., too aggressive sales tactic (i.e., they were pulling in their equipment before I even decided I wanted to use them or signed the consent). Be careful if you use these guys. I am getting an impression that I could have had the same job done for $300 or less.

AM2Pm has the best service all around. I originally wanted just my carpets cleaned and was thinking about getting my tile steam cleaned. Not only did the gentleman that showed up clean my carpet he offered to repair where my dog had chewed up. the patch looked phenomenal I couldn't believe how precise he was. He also cleaned my tile and scrubbed the grout which looked brand new when he was finished. He was very careful with his hoses in my house he used corner guards to protect my walls, which no company has ever done for me before, he left no mess and than offered me 20% off any other services. He than told me they do epoxy for garage and patios my 500 sq foot garage was epoxied for $400 the very next day. the closest quote I've got on that was 975.00 My husband and I were very pleased with their very hard work. I would say this is the Walmart of carpet cleaning.

Never EVER go through this company. They are cheating, lying, scum. I was calling around for places to get my carpet cleaned, and requested a quote from them. I decided to ultimately go with another company, and then they showed up anyways! So I told them to leave and they threatened me with legal action if I did not pay their 25 dollar "cancellation fee" These guys are literally the worst kind of people, If I could give them negative stars I would.

Did they good a good job at cleaning the carpet? I guess. But there are a number of other factors that made this company somewhat of a nightmare. First of all, they don't carry any foam or plastic to put under your furniture after carpet cleaning. The best they could do is suggest that I use aluminum foil.



But most of all, their pricing in the Buyer's Edge circular is incredibly deceptive. No where on the ad does it include fees other than the travel fee. I called them expecting to pay $5 a room, estimating a maximum of 8 bucks for my 2 bedroom apartment. They refused to quote a price on the phone (first red flag). When they showed up, it took them literally 25 minutes of being at my apartment to actually give me a price. It ended up being $200!!!! The guy that came to clean my apartment had the audacity to actually ARGUE with me. When I said Sears did it for cheaper, he actually asked "Well why didn't you just hire Sears?" which is when I reminded him of the price on the ad. Their manager so very graciously lowered the cost to $160, and unfortunately I needed to have my carpet cleaned right away.



I will never, under any circumstances, ever do business with AM2PM ever again. They're shady, rude, and deliberately deceptive.

Am2Pm came out to do my air ducts on friday, i have never had them done before and friends have told me it was good to get them done with the allergie problem in my house. I had no clue what to expect. Every where I called they said for my house and how big it is it could be around 400-500 dollars for the cleaning of the ducts and the sanitizer: Except AM2PM- they quoted me 250-300 dollars. When the workers got out here they did a walk threw of my house, counted every vent infront of me, and totaled it up to show me what i would exactly be paying. The bill came out to be wayyyyy less than what all of the other compaines had quoted me. It has now been a week later and i can tell the difference! I will be getting my airducts clean about once a year around this time of the year, and would recommend am2pm to anyone!

I just moved into a new house with almost all tile.This company was the cheapest i had seen all around. When i called i wasnt beliving the price at all. I made an appointment for the very next day, and when the two guys came out i was expecting to pay an outrageous amount for all the tile. It was dirty and needed scubbing and i wanted it sealed, i was expecting to pay over my budget. When the guy gave me my total i was honestly surprised it was still in my buget. I already told all my friends about this place and all my family. They have excellent service, from the lady over the phone to the tech that came to my house. My wife and i will be using this company again.
