100% legit. I am a big fan of service. I understand that companies are not perfect. Being a business owner myself I understand that mistakes do happen but it is how a company handles them that makes all the difference. We had custom ordered in a couch. When it arrived we noticed several dings on the couch. We immediatly call V-Dub Furniture and talked with our sales associate. He assured me that since we had already paid for delivery, that they would send out a warranty tech to look over the damage and either repair or replace the sectionals. Within 48 hours I had a call from there tech manager. I arranged an appointment with him. He came out to our house reviewed the sectional. He apologized for the inconvience and damages that had occured to the couch and assured us that he would have us a new couch within 1 weeks time. I am very happy to say that it was a total of 5 days and we had our replacement couch. Yes they did mess up our couch but the way and manner that they handled the situation is something to be said. Quality employees and staff at this company. It is every business owners dream to have staff serve there customers the way that I was. I will definatly refer people to this company. I felt like they were very honest and very good all around.

I purchased an entire house full of furniture from V-Dub Furniture. I bought a custom couch by robert michaels for our family room. I bought a custom leather set from V-Dub for my formal dining room. 4 barstools, and entertainment center, a kitchen table with 6 chairs and a formal dining table with 10 chairs. Not to mention 3 bedroom sets. I googled all of the items and retail value was nearly $25,000+. I walked out of V-Dub paying $12,000. I feel like I got an amazing deal. They delivered all my furniture. They do not set up boxes items :( So my husband had to do it all. However one item was damaged so we called and talked with our sales associate Vance. He assured me that because we had paid for delivery that they would pick up the damaged item and bring us the new item. It took 2 days for them to get the new item out to us. I was very very pleased with the company and the quality of furniture I got and the price I got. It has now been 4 months since we bough and we are headed back to furnish our basement. They do have policies and procedures that I read through before I purchased. Overall I would rate the experience as very good. I found them to be very helpful and kind.
I went into this store looking for a kids bedroom set. They had several items on display but I was very surprise with the amount of product they would let me special order in. My sales rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. I ended up going with a youth bedroom set from a catalog and custom ordered it. They told me it would arrive in 1 to 2 weeks. After about a week I got a call stating that my furniture was in the warehouse and I could either arrange for delivery or pick up. I opted to get the delivery even though originally I did not purchase the delivery. I thought it was very nice that they still gave me the option and that I could pay the $75 delivery fee in cash on delivery. The delivery guys were very kind and respectful. They opened all the boxes and made sure that everything was in good condition and all the pieces were accounted for. It took my husband about an hour to assemble and put the furniture together. I am in love with my little girls bedroom furniture. It is so nice and I love the style and quality of it. This store was a nice surprise for me and I will go back and purchase any further furniture that I need from this store.
