    We Quit

    Unfortunately this office has changed dramatically for the worse. We left after changing insurance companies & went back when we changed it again(2 yrs later). I had to quit the program due to lack of progress for my husband & I (this time). It was getting expensive even with insurance covering some and not getting results. We were expecting a refund of monies we paid ahead of time & did not use. They... read more said when we left that they would refund us thru our credit card. I got a call a week later & was told that Dr. Marco said he gave us a free class for pressure points so lets just call it even. I was confused by this decision. We had asked if we needed to quit at anytime if we would get a full refund and they reassured us that we would, but obviously not. They took our $ and called it even. I wasn't willing to fight over 100 bucks and decided never to go back. I will never refer another person to this office. I wouldn't want anyone else to get taken like we did. This is the reason I am writing another review to counteract the previous review I had given years ago. Beware!

    I have to say when I first went...I was freaked out by the thought of needles and such...but it wasn't bad. Dr. Marco knows what he is talking about. I have been going for arthritis in my back(I know, 30 yrs and this). I am usually always in pain, but I have to say that this is helping greatly. I don't have that constant pain/pressure in my lower back any longer. And it... read more has only been 3 weeks. I am going to continue going for my knees and diet. I would strongly suggest going, if you have an ailment that everything you have tried just isn't working. It is crazy how many things they treat from allergies to cronic pain. Ask them if they treat what is bothering you... I can't get over it... I will continue to update as my acupuncture therapy continues...Ps...Some health insurances cover it....mine does(Blue Cross Blue Shield)!
