        Awful. They can care less about you. Put you on hold for 20 minutes at least when calling. Staff aren't friendly and usually only have 1 working at a time, so expect a very long line. Avoid this place at all costs.

        Merrillville Post Office is a joke. I've had several packages "disappear" and they have never been delivered. They don't even say I'm sorry for the unconvince, just we'll look out for it. That is if they even come back to you after putting you on hold for 15 minutes.
