Mike Anderson Chevrolet of Merrillville

Stay away from this dealership. They use false advertisement to get you to test drive a car (free gas card with a test drive, then they don't give you one). Then once they get your information, they call you repeatedly, several times a day, for over a month. If you block their number, they will call you from another number. If you block that number, too, then they will block their number so you can't keep them from calling you. This business is shady. Avoid unless you want to be harassed. When it comes time to trade, I will definitely be going elsewhere. I don't like to trade at dealerships that harass me constantly. I've sent several "stop calling me" emails to no avail, too. This place is like a stalker ex who can't take a hint.

Would never buy a car from them again! My 19 year old son worked very hard and saved his money to get a vehicle to get around to with and school. Long story short less than 30 days later the car needed this major work done that they refused to fix because we didn't have an extended warranty(something they didn't offered him)

One star is to many , but they didn't have negative stars rating !!!!

Made up my mind to buy either orange camaro or yellow camaro that they had on used lot before I even went to this dealership . Got there and salesman tried selling me everything on lot except for one of the the two cars I drove several miles to buy. Kept trying to push off and ugly assed orange LS camaro That I wouldn't have taken for a gift. And was asking 2000 more for it than it would ever bring on the market. Trying so hard to make me think it was such a great deal. I didn't catch his name but wish I had. This guy has a lot to learn about being a sales man.

Who ever you are I'm sure you will know it when you read this. But , My son and I want to personally thank you for being a terrible salesman , because your actions made me keep looking for a better deal and a lot better salesman. I bought a 1 year newer car with less miles and 1000 dollars less money than you had on lot. So if you need a coarse in salesmanship give Dave at Bill Stasek Chevrolet in wheeling, Ill. a call .

I had an absolute wonderful experience with purchasing my new car from Mike Anderson Chevrolet of Merrillville. Eric Estrada was my salesman and he is by far the best car salesman I have ever come across and I am very happy to say that I had such a great experience. He was very informative, courteous, and very professional. He listened to what I was looking for and wasn't pushy which I really appreciated. He helped lead me in the right direction to find the right vehicle and was very knowledgeable. After dealing with so many other dealerships during my auto search, it was very refreshing to meet with someone who actually truly wanted to help and cared about my concerns. I will definitely recommend him and the dealership to others for their future purchases. The sales manager Rob was super nice as well and made me feel very comfortable. All in all, I am 100% satisfied and I am very happy with Mike Anderson Chevrolet.

The general manager and sales person lose their tempers when a woman decides to further think about purchasing a new vehicle? That is a big decision and we watched their unprofessional sales team literally throw a fit. We will not be buying from them. To have watched this tells me their customer service is to be questioned.
