We have been asking them to come out and check it over for the past 9 months, the work was done a year ago! We have talked to them numerous times, going to visit their office tomorrow! They are not concerned about their work, customers, or their reputation. Would not recommend them. Just wish they used courtesy in customer relations. I will let you know how tomorrow goes with a personal visit.

While the driveway came out beutiful our garage floor cracked clear across from front to back after 2 months of placement. It was not a stress crack and we didn't park our cars on it as instructed. We have been trying to get ahold of someone for MONTHS. After 3 months someone came out, saw it wasn't a stress crack and promised treatment. After MULTIPLE phone calls AGAIN someone came out to put apoxy in the crack that went clear across my garage; however they promised to come back and finish the treatment. We have been calling over and over again. We have been promised to receive call backs and even had someone finally schedule a time to come out and fix this. However, noone showed on that day. When we do call, most times the phone goes to voicemail with a mailbox that's full so messages can't be left. We work very hard for our money and there's no reason this should have happened. We are now 6 months into this problem and hoping to resolve it soon.
