Fatima Professional Hair Brainding Salon

I was very dissatisfied with my hair. Showed them a picture of how I wanted my hair braided and they said they would be able to do them for me to look same size as picture. When braiding halfway through, I'm turned toward mirror I see HUGE braids n my hair!. I immediately say this not what I asked for . Fatima tries to explain this how it is in the book. The style is correct but the size of braids 2x bigger than should have been. I was an hour and a half into braiding. I was in town to take care my mom for few weeks so I needed something to do to my hair until I return home and Fatima shop was recommended. Because of limited time didn't have time to take ALL way down Sbd start over becaus I needed to get back to my mom. They never apologized or acknowledged they were wrong with my hair. I do not recommend this shop at all if the staff there work on their own agenda and not according to customer. Very disappointed I spent Money and didn't get what I was suppose get

got my hair done yesterday, n them women did a great job, this is were im goin from now on.
