        Best Aveda Spa

        I had a facial here and it was the best I ever had! They so way more then other places I have gone. Plus their service was great! They were friendly and professional not snooty! I had my hair styled after and the girl took time to give me a cool braid!

        I wasn't impressed. When I came into the spa for my relaxing pedi, there was an employee eating her lunch in the pedicure room. She left during my pedi. But, the entire time I was there, it stunk like bad Chinese food. This place should change their moto from "Relax, Revive, Renew" to: "REGRET, RETHINK, REFRAIN'!!

        At Rain we take great care to make sure the guests that come to the salon leaving feeling great. Seems we missed the mark here. We are committed to great customer service had you let us know of your concerns we would have made it right. The salon always smells like Aveda, No one eats food but in the break room. Sometimes in certain areas those smells do come out. We are sorry you had to smell their lunch! Please call salon and we will discuss further. Thank YOU!
