Stay away!!I requested that they turn on my sprinker system two weeks ago. I received a request to fill out a form to get the process started so I did. I received a notification that they would be out on May 23 saying "We will be in your area for sprinker start up please be prepared to allow access to ...... I took half a day off work to help them. No show, no follow-up, no message saying "Sorry, we were too busy so we will reschedule..." Nothing. So I called a different company that understands service and they showed up and did a great job! I get a message today, almost two weeks later, saying "We are coming today to get your sprinker system turned on..." I told them that I already had it done and I don't need it." He responded with "Things happen. You never submitted the magic form saying that you cancelled it." This is unacceptable and terrible service. I am pretty sure that the form probably has some clause saying that I would owe X if I did not turn in their magic form. Since I did not hear squat from them and I told him via text message today that I did not need their service. They will not show up and insult you.
