Osborne's Appliance Service

After a no-show with a scheduled dishwasher installer, we reached out to Russell Osborne and he expertly installed it within an hour after a phone call two hours earlier. He’s friendly and very knowledgeable. It’s nice to have friends that you can rely on for the right recommendations!

Called on Sat morning and they told me that they would be here that day, (no extra charge for Sat) and he was. The man that arrived was Russel, very nice and knowledgeable. I showed him the part on my refrigerator that was leaking and he said that he had one in the truck. He was here for about 30 minutes. and I got kicked in the teeth by the bill 352.22. The part was 129 then there was a comp call labor of 60.00 and a diagnostic charge of 95.00. What diagnostic?? I showed him where the leaky part was. So the total labor was 155 dollars. Which seems way to high for 30 minutes work, and being told where the problem was. Then I noticed on the bill it says WATCH FOR LEAKS CUSTOMER HOLDS OSBORNE'S HARMLESS They repaired it right? Then I asked how long is the work guaranteed for, he stated "30 days, but it will not be a leak it will be something else Please stay away I am wondering if it was just that I am a senior citizen, and my husband was not here or what.

We've been relying on Osborne's appliance service for about twenty years and our favorite technician, Russell, has kept consistent in his good service. A definite five!

The technician that came to my home was Russell. I've got to believe that there's no one in town that has trucks like he has; well stocked, organized, and tidy looking. He came when he said he would come: he worked very professionally. Not cheap, but well worth it! I'd recommend this service to anybody.

It took him 5 minutes to diagnose and replace a thermostat and it cost me $98 in labor! I could not believe it! Better believe I am going to check on the price of the part also...because even that seemed inflated and unreasonable!
