We have been clients since 2005. Owner & staff are trustworthy, reputable and professional. They are open and honest regarding the care provided. They have consistently provided exceptional personal care for our three pets.

I have been taking my dog to Pet Works for 7 years and she loves it there. She gets so excited and when I come to pick her up, she is happy to see me, but she wants to go back and enjoy. I really trust how they take care of my dog and the others dogs that come in. I also trust them when I have boarded her at Pet Works.

I absolutely love PetWorks. I have been bringing my German Shepherd puppy there for a few months. She gets so excited when we get in the parking lot! On days were I will be gone too long to keep her in a crate, it is a huge relief knowing she is getting the best possible care and socialization. It has made a huge difference in her socialization when she meets new dogs when we are out walking. She had to be approved first for doggy day care which was an added bonus as I know all the other dogs also have to go the the process as well. The staff is great and always accommodating as my schedule fluctuates weekly. I have also taken her to obedience classes at their training center which a great experience. I highly recommend PetWorks!

LOVE this place!!! EXTREMELY CLEAN!! Very "homey"! Cute comfy clean rooms for overnight boarding!! Day care is super clean!! The owner is very knowledgeable about all types of dogs and business! She has put her passion and knowledge into her work and it shows! She has helped me with my 2 large German Shepherds and handled them beautifully!! She went above and beyond to make sure they were well taken care of! My sister now brings her new German Shepherd puppy there who is now well socialized and loves all other dogs to play with! She comes home happy and tired and looks forward to going there!! I highly recommend this place to anyone who has a dog who is looking for anything from dog boarding, training, dog day care and pet care advice!!!

This is a professional business with a good reputation that has been attacked by a disgruntled part time casual staffer of 4 months. She is cyber-bullying the business because she is starting a competing business. This staffer is also being sued for criminal theft of client information.

I made a reservation for my Schnauzer and they were more then accomodating. They have such a clean fascility and it is nearly order free. Smells and looks exceptionally clean!!! Other places that we looked at were filthy dirty and reaked of animal unrine. I needed to cancel a rresent eservation and the lady on the phone that i spoke to did NOT treat me badley even though I was canceling. She understood my particualr situation and was very nice to me. I also voted for them on the Fox 8 top list for Ohio.
