I don't know what happened. This use to be my favorite Chinese restaurant. It has declined to the point where I will never eat here again. We went for the lunch buffet January 2016. There was no egg or spring rolls. There was no chicken and broccoli or even a vegetable mix. Unfriendly waitstaff to top it off.

Provided by SuperpagesDinner for 4 was excellent. Service was great. This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in the Milwaukee area. I have eaten there many times and never been disappointed.

Provided by SuperpagesI have been going to Harvey Moy's for years and they are always friendly and accomodating. The 'Emperor Chicken' is fantastic! Great value for the amount of food that you get, and it is far superior to the usual "buffet-style" Chinese restaurants.
The food is outstanding. Everything we have ordered from here is delicious. My family has been getting take out from here for over 20 years!
The sesame chicken, sweet and sour chicken, beef and broccoli, and more are some of our favorites.
Their chicken fried rice is unbeatable.
Downfall...Crab rangoons are usually my personal favorite chinese food and harvey moys does their own thing with it which I do not care for. They make them gigantic with lots of immitation crab but little cream cheese. Don't get me wrong you have got to have plenty of crab but I love the cream cheese too and prefer the smaller versions.
This place does skimp on service though. Don't be fooled when Harvey Moy himself is there to shake customers hands it's all for show. If your order gets screwed up whether you have the wrong food or didn't get everything you ordered....you won't get an apology or any offers to fix the mistake sometimes shorting you money! That is why I give them a 2.
i thought the food ok,prices comparable to other chinese restaurants.
it's a popular spot but i thought the prices were high and the food just ok.
I went there years ago and it was excellent. Not so good anymore...quite disappointed.

Provided by SuperpagesIf you want authentic then you want to eat at Havery Moy's. Do not compare the every day take out Chinese to Havery Moy's. The staff and owners are always friendly and take the time to see how you are doing. We have been going for years it's wonderful.

Provided by SuperpagesAbsolutely horrible. My family has been eating chinese takeout every other week for 12 years as a treat. We decided to try Harvey Moys as a new place, and it was a total waste of money. The fried rice was burned to the point that all you tasted was the charred remains from the wok. The crab ragoons were like a dried up egg roll and I have no idea where the sweet and sour chicken recipe came from, it was dreadful. The only one that I would send to this place is my enemy!
