This place might have what you are looking for, if you live in Memphis area its ok to go by to see whether they have what youre looking for. But for someone that lives 2-3 hours away that really need parts, it aint about s@#t, when you call and ask a question and they say i dont know you'll have to come look yourself we dont keep up with that, really makes u want to say F@#$ IT. IJS

Took my tools thinking how much money I was going to save. Paid 4 dollars before I could get in for me and a friend (2.00 each). Came back with a coil and 4 plug wires. It came to 32.00 before tax so I asked how much for the 4 used plug wires he said 1.00 each and 28.00 for the coil. I said they are cheaper on Ebay and I was not going to pay for the item. As I was walking out the door another older man said I should not have taking it off if I was not going to buy it in a very stern voice. And not to do it again. I did not say anything in fact he made me feel kind of guilty as I was leaving but the more I thought about it the madder I became. I had just paid 4.00 worked over an hour walking to the back the finding and taking off the part I needed. For him to treat me like I was the bad guy was wrong. They just made 4.00 for nothing and I still need this part. And i thought i was going to save money buying used auto parts,.. BOLOGNA!! im just going to spend a few buks more and get a brand new part. Yep, im carrying my business elsewhere.

U only get a recording on the phone and not email contact. they won't tell u if they have your part in stock or not and then expect u to pay $2 just to come in and see if it's there. Not a good way of doing business!!! No thanks!!!

Buyer beware of unethical practices

Would give them a negative star if possible. Attempted to return a defective transmission within the warranty period and was told that it was not theirs. I had my receipt and the trans was clearly marked with their markings. I had to call police to get my money back and manager told me I couldn't come back on lot. As if I would want to shop there again.

I had $250 of tools stolen from my truck while I was inside. - They have security cameras, but None of them pointed at their parking lot - Police Report 1009016113ME -
They acted disrespectful to me when I asked them for what ever footage the video cameras caught - Haven't seen it yet, so my next process to to find an attorney. - Do not do business with these people. They are non responsive to criminal activity occurring on their property and have no desire to actually stop criminal activity. -

When you tell to public to bring their own tools to a auto parts salvage yard, and you have 5 cameras and 1-Billion volt electric "Killem Dead Quick" fence and None of the security cameras are facing the parking lot, be ready to accept some responsibility for making victims whole again - My Police report is : 1009016113ME and if you cannot tell the police any information like the criminals car or a description of the criminal, then you are culpable. - You own me the replacement value of my tools. - R. SUPER PLACE & SAVINGS
This place had everything I was looking for & the guys up front were very helpful. I needed to do some repairs to my car on the "cheap" ;however I got great parts at very good prices & did save lots of money. It was so easy! This is the first place I wopuld go to or call for used parts!

On the surface they are friendly and inviting. One day I overheard one of the female employees with short hair using a racial slurs (the N word) I knew she was an employee because I saw her go back into the office area she was saying something about a customer on the junkyard and that isn't the first time I've heard it being used by someone in this business. I vowed to never return and I didn't. I don't give my business to people like that and you shouldn't either.

very organized,huge place,lots of good parts,wear your boots.

u-pull it was very organized, they have a huge inventory and they can tell you right where anything is. the only problem i had with them was i could'nt get anyone to give me a price on what i was looking for on the front end. its a very large place and running back and forth to the office could wear you out. also wear your boots when you go cause the rocks are a little rough on sneakers.
