WHEW!! Where do I begin? I was such a loyal Tucker's customer, living downtown and all, I used to order there at least 2x a month. This was my place to go to get my wing's fix. Today I called to place an order to use a restaurant certificate I purchased online. I put in my order, gave my certificate information, and the ""so called manager"" told me she is not able to change the price in the system since they got new computers. At that point, she asks me if I wanted to go ahead with my order. I ask her if that means I will have to pay full price and not use my certificate. She says there is nothing we can do, it is not letting me do it, I asked if there was a way to adjust the price or anything, and she said no these are new computers and I don't know how to do it. At that point, I said thank you and hung up. After realizing she already validated my certificate I call back and ask if she already validated my certificate, she said yea and I asked so I just used up a certificate for nothing? She went on to say extremely rudely, well you hung up in my face when I was telling you that you can pay with cash. At that point, I was livid inside. I still politely asked if I can speak with the manager, she said she is the manager. I said if you are the manager then why could you not find a solution to adjusting my price so I can go ahead with my order? She then said I don't know how to do it and I told you I can give you a ten dollar credit for your certificate and I am not going to argue with you and hung up the phone. Tell me how would you feel if a place you gave business to for the past two years and referred several people to, treated you in this way?
