Spring Gate Rehabilitation Ctr

I would actually give Springgate a zero but instead I will give it a one star. My father was in there for rehabilitation it was so bad our family had to pull him out of there. They would put his soiled diapers not even in a plastic bag on the floor in his bathroom. They would leave his soiled clothes on his bedroom floor which smelled awful. The staff did not treat him with kindness instead they were very cold to him and my father was very upset. He was to be wearing oxygen at night and over two weeks later I was informed that they did not know to do this. The day before we removed him he was so ill they had him still riding an exercise bike in wet urinated pants. When I brought him back to his room to personally change his clothes there was not one clean set of clothes for him to put on. We were paying for a private room it took over three months just to get our money back. I would not recommend this facility to any one.

If you have a love one that need to be taken care of, please DO NOT place them with this company. Their hiding a lot of bad things for the money.
