I have been a patient at the Jackson Randle Health Group for over 10 years. I have been extremely pleased with the care I receive when I go. I have found Dr. Gunn-Hill to be an excellent doctor who really listens to her patients needs and concerns and is eager to help meet my needs. She is gentle and kind, as are all of the staff I deal with. I go there about 4 times a year and am always pleased with the outcome. I have had to wait awhile only once because of an emergency for the doctor. I would recommend them to anyone!
If you have hours to waste Jackson Randle is the best place to waste your time. On my first visit I waited an hour before I was sent to a room... another 45mins before the dr came in and before Dr. Gun Hill introduced herself she sat down and played on her laptop for about 5-10mins... Long story short I came in at 10:40am (my appt 10:45) and left at 1:30pm. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and scheduled another appt. I was the only patient on the list and the only person in the office when I was escorted to the back. After waiting an hour 1/2 behind a closed door... I walked out passing Dr. Gun Hill & her assistant over to the front desk and asked for a co-pay refund. No one approached me to ask why I was leaving or apologized for my inconvenience. This facility is extremely unprofessional... Don't waste your time unless you have time to waste...
