Pool Sharks Inc

After a week of thunderstorms, the liner of our 22K gallon pool was extremely wrinkled, rendering the pool un-usable. Having moved to Memphis less than a year ago I had no idea who was trustworthy. Mario at Leslie's Pool in Germantown, (the only place that didn't seem to use water samples as permission to over-sell chemicals) suggested Pool Sharks. I was due to be out of town for work most of the following 2 wks but my wife called asking for a quote. Jack came by and quickly explained the cause and remedy for the severe liner problem. I asked add'l questions via E-mail to which Jack quickly responded to - he even had their Insurance Agent forward certificates (Liability & WC) to me upon request. Sergio & Beto were the 2 techs on the 4-day job; both were very nice & respectful to my family (a BIG worry since I was gone) and were equally diligent while there. I met them the last day of the job and I was impressed. I recommend them highly.
