I called the store to ask if they had a certain product. The cashier told me the two colors that the gown came in, but stated that she didn't know if they still had any, or if they had it in my size. Cashier refused to look. I would of drove an hour and a half to get there if they did. You would think with the economy the way it was that they would want to make a sell.
I think this location needs improvement. The customer service is always great. I can't complain about that at all. The problem is that they don't stock enough of womens and mens clothing. The size I need is hardly ever there because it is sold out. The clothing styles at this location is not as good as another location that I recently visited. When it is time for a new season clothing line to come out, they replace all of the existing seasons clothing and put it away or something. I can't even find it on the clearance rack. They need to keep both seasons out on the racks at least until the existing season is OVER. I was in last week buying shorts and came in the very next week (literally a couple days later) again to get more shorts and poof they are gone! They had plenty of shorts when I was there the first time. The other issue I have at this location is that the fitting room area always smells bad. The fitting room is connected to the bathroom like other locations. I think they need to step up on there cleaning skills. I will continue to shop here even with all that was said.
