I have been using Nunnery's Cleaning for 10 months on an almost weekly basis and cannot imagine a better cleaner. They are always friendly and extremely conscientious. I have some expensive shirts and suits, and I worry about taking them to cleaners until I've 'tested them out' and feel sure they'll do a good job. Nunnery's has been superb, and I would entrust anything to them. They also do an excellent job with alterations, and when a button needed to be repaired, I was not charged for the service. I'm genuinely astonished by the other reviews that have been posted. I don't know if they've turned over a new leaf or changed management, but I highly recommend Nunnery Cleaner to anyone.

Do not under any circumstances take your clothes to this place of business. I took in a sweater a couple of months ago and was told that when I brought it in it had a snag and a hole in it and that they would fix it free of charge. They never acknowledged that they did it but ok I gave them a chance to repair it. Needless to say it was not the same. Friday July 15, 2011 took some clothes up there again and picked them up on Monday July 18, 2011 and the owner has the nerve to tell me that I took a blouse there that had bleach marks and was torn in the back needless to say he checked my clothes ten times before I left them at the cleaners and all articles of clothing was fine until today. He had the nerve to offer me 3 dollars never acknowledging that he messed up my blouse in the first place. They have horrible customer service and when they mess up your clothing they start talking in Chinese in order to get you think they do not understand your complaint.

I took my wedding dress here to be cleaned. The owner came out and started arguing with me. Telling me that it didn't need to be cleaned and it would be a waste of time and money. The woman that worked there assured me it would be cleaned and not to worry about the owner. She advised he was just in a bad mood. I was pressed for time and this was the only place that could have it done in time. When I picked up I didn't see anything right away. I got home and started getting ready for my wedding and saw that they had not cleaned it at all. Infact they had added some black marks to it. I spent $150.00 there. The owner was right. It was a waste of time and money. Do not take your stuff here!
