This is my first time using them. I dropped off my shoes on a March 12 and was told that it would take 5 days. I requested to be called once they were finished. After 10 days (March 21) I called again. They asked me 3 times to describe my shoes and what all needed to be done to them. I originally did this upon the drop off. It was documented on my bag with my information on it. Come to find out, they hadn't even touched my shoes. The lady who does the repairs informed me that they would get working on the caps and then she would do the repairs. They were very scattered and not evenly remotely professional. I called on March 25 to check in again. I learned that they again, have not began on my shoes! I am going to pick them up as soon as I get off work. Good luck with your Shoe Repair search.
