James Pest Management

I am very sorry I ever used James Pest. Did not like the 15 min treatment I got for hundreds of dollars. They make you sign a contract you can't get out of. I would warn anyone not to do business with them and tell everyone you know. You can use any company you want but I would never use these guys again.

I called to check on my acct because I have had problems with them in the past about scheduling appointments, then changing the appointment without notice (well they would call that morning saying they were on the way but they werent scheduled to be out for 2 more wks). So I called to check on things ( you HAVE' to do this while working with them). I talked to April first to go over my acct. she said I had a $40 credit. So I asked her when they were scheduled to come out, she said "were actually due to come out now". Then she put me on hold, so then Cathy picked up n got on the phone and told me I had to renew the agreement because I was past due. (But at the same time I had a $40 credit???). "The lights are on but no body is home people". This does not apply for the guys in the field. They are TOP NOTCH A+ in the field!!! The people that work in the office need help!!! I never received a notice or anything stating that my account had been dropped...



really, REALLY? is that the best you can do??? I told her that I was gonna have to go somewhere else because of all the problems in the past and that this was par for the course but enough was enough. I wonder if i will get my $40 back??? hmmmmm,,,,
