Highland Gardens

The landlord never answers the phone during work hours and sometimes she is not even there; ever since the new landlord, Brenda, started working, it's been a horrible experience. Highland Gardens used to be very pretty with flowers and green grass, but now it looks like a slum with trash everywhere. They called themselves remodeling, but the new stuff they are adding doesn't even work properly, i'd rather had kept the old stuff from the 70's. I am so happy that I HAVE MOVED to a much better apartment complex. The only thing good about Highland Gardens is the maintenance man, Theotis, but he can't even get to you quick enough because the landlord does not relay the messages. If your smart, you will choose somewhere else to live. But move here if you want your car broken into and you car damaged because of the potholes! And if you ever had a problem, go over their head to them fixed because you will be wasting breath complaining to Brenda!
