I go to Memphis several times a year and this is the bar we always come back to. They have a great beer selection and their food is awesome (I recommend the goat cheese pizza). They do have comfy couches to sit on, but it's usually pretty hard to snag one. You'll probably end up sitting on the picnic table type seating by the stage. There isn't always a cover charge, but if there's a band you'd better be prepared to shell out some cash. We almost didn't go last time because of that, but couldn't find a better place to go so we bit the bullet and paid.

I've been a few times and enjoy this place immensely. I prefer the couches or love seats. Sit back with a group and chat and watch the people walk by. Great selection of beer, and some lovely servers to gaze at. All in all a cool place to have a beer. I always meant to check the one out in Dallas, but never did. I should have, this place is great!

Ok I live about 7 blocks from the place, and I can't seem to stay away from there. Beautiful watresses, good bands, and 200 different kinds of beer. It's where the locals go to get away from the tourist on Beale St. Got nothing to do on a monday night, go there!

This night spot located right across from the Peabody Place is always tapped into Memphis. There is Normally live music, scantily dressed servers, drink specials, and maintains a well brewed crowd of memphis finest people. Don't be afraid to pour on in sometime.

God gave us grain. God gave us knowledge to make beer from Grain. The Flying Saucer gave us all the beers at once and put them on trays for really attractive waitress in short skirts to serve. Then they threw every 21-30 year old in Memphis into the bar...just for the hell of it. Sometimes they even have a good band (Gamble Bros). This place always has a low cover.
