DTS Towing and Road Service

The owner is bi polar. He promises $1500.00 for 6-7 days of work but only pays $500-900 for 6 days of work. The owner promises 6-7 working days a week but your lucky if you get to work 5 days a week. He promises 5 days of paid vacation after 1year of employment. When you are ready to take vacation he doesn’t follow through with vacation benefits and you have to fight to get your paid vacation time. There NO health benefits. Your suppose to get paid for time when you take the truck to the shop for repairs but owner does not pay for your time. So you take the truck to the shop for free and don’t get paid anything for your waisted day. If you quit the owner will deduct your whole check so you don’t get paid your last check.

Great Customer Service, very fast promised under an hour driver arrived in 35 min. Driver was professional and took care of my truck. I will use again!

My roadside service scheduled pickup for 45 minutes. An hour and 45 minutes later they said 20 more minutes. 20 minutes later they said 5 more minutes the driver is almost there. 15 minutes later I called the company directly and was told to allow 20 more minutes and that the driver hadn't even left yet or been notified of my service need. I had to cancel due to being jerked around for 3 hours by this unprofessional and inconsiderate joke of a company. MUCH better service was subsequently found. DTS needs to give an accurate time or be upfront and notify the person waiting for them if that time can't be honored instead of lying about your guy being 5 minutes away 2 and a half hours in and 45 minutes away.

Horrible service told us they would be their in 35 mins it turn into 2 1/2 hours waiting broke down when we called to see what is taking so long was told they had something else to do if we didn't like it we could cancel
