I wish I could actually give a review of the training, but I can only give a review of customer service at this point. I talked to Donna a few weeks ago about training my dog. She said she may have an opening the following Tuesday, that she would call me Monday to let me know. If not, it would be the following week. I never got the phone call so I assumed it would be the following week. Still no phone call. I called twice, leaving a message, but nothing. This is bad customer service. If she didn't want to train my dog, tell me. Not returning phone calls is very bad business in my opinion. I'll find someone else who wants my business.
