Can't even get anything but a fax machine to answer the phone, and I tried all day long! It was very frustrating to have to go to a totally different company when I'd been referred to this place.

Professionalism

I'm a little lost with what to say. I called & spoke with some woman on Monday, but when Friday came all I could get to answer the phone was the fax machine?

Did this location close, or something? If so, it would be a lot more professional to just tell potential renters that.

I found it someplace else.
