Breath of fresh air
A breath of fresh air in these times when no one really offers reliable service. Very courteous company. Technician called to be sure I was home and arrived on schedule. He dianosed the problem with my big screen set and helped with information to contact the manufacturer. He took time to explain what was wrong with my set and gave me an estimate for the repairs and parts needed. I highly recommend this tv service provider to any one needing prompt,courteous and reliable service. Cost of service call was reasonable and I will contact same technician for repairs, once I determine whether the manufacturer will provide the replacement part. It's refreshing to deal with a competent, knowledgable and courteous service provider. Best wishes and thanks.

I took our TV to them after a bad experience at Dilday TV, what a difference! I was given a repair cost very quickly and it was repaired in a week for the exact amount they told me.
When I pulled up their guys unloaded my set and answered my questions, what great service!

Very pleased with results
On 12/30/10 one of your repairmen, Joseph, came to our home to repair the
motherboard on our Mitsubitshi TV. We had purchased it in July from Home Shopping Network and it was still
under warranty. Â In the past two weeks, we had been experiencing several
times (a) the picture would be appearing, but no sound OR (b) the sound
was on - but NO PICTURE. Â Most frustrating. Â And this was an expensive TV
set. Â
Joseph was most kind and had a nice sense of humor. Â We are very pleased

Professional Service
I had a kitchen fire that caused my 73" DLP Mitsubishi to not power up. I did a google search for repair shops in Bartlett area, and was impressed by the 4.5 stars, as opposed to other area repair services. My call was placed, and within moments I was called back and within 2 hours had the owner come in and do an in home diagnostic. I was extrememly impressed by his professionalism and knowledge, as well as his pleasant personality and prompt diagnosis and overall service. The exceptional service he provided restored my faith in repairmen, and I will always recommend his service to anyone in the future.

My NAD receiver is better than ever thanks to Custom Electronics!
I own a high-end NAD receiver ($700) that was making a buzzing sound for about 30 minutes upon start-up. Custom Electronics fixed this very quickly within one week, but there was still a static-like sound coming from all the speakers when listening to a digital source. We took the receiver back to Custom and they took care of this problem at no charge and updated the firmware on the receiver, too. My receiver is now working better than ever and I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. True professionals!

Almost everything we own these days is run by a complicated electronic brain. Therefore, almost everything we own is going to eventually malfunction. I came across Custom Electronics by way of a Costco repair on a Hi-Def TV, and I'm glad I did. These guys really wanted to solve my problem, and went above and beyond to do so. They also exceeded my other requirements in a company: professionalism and courtesy. They exceeded my expectations on all fronts, and not only do I recommend them, I plan on giving them more of my business.

Friendly and Reliable Repair
I borrowed my sons Canon 5D to take on my cruise and broke the card reader in the camera.
Wolf Camera told me it would be two to three weeks to repair if they fixed it and referred me to Custom Electronics.
I am very pleased with the fast service and reasonable price. The store staff is very friendly and the repair charges were exactly what I was quoted.
I highly recommend this store.

Best Customer Service Ever!
I had no sound in my Sharp Aquos LCD TV. Got their contact from SHARP company as their authorised service station.
They did door-to -door pick up and drop off at scheduled timings. They did a good job and resolved the problem. The two professionals that I met were exceptionally nice and patient enough to answer all my questions and concerns. -
