Crystal Nails

I have been coming to this nail salon for over 10 years I loved coming here always had great service UNTIL TODAY A NAIL TECH ATTEMPTED TO RIP ME OFF a different girl I have never had every time I have ever gotten a fill in and a nail repaired it has been 18$ for a fill 3 $ for 1 nail to be repaired i get done and she tells me 35 $ I told her I'm sorry I have never paid that for what I was getting done mind you it was not gel it was acrylic before the manager comes over and I talk to him he tried to explain to me why and it was still a rip off I asked them to paint my nails pink with glitter all nail polish she says because it's special that's why it's 35$ no design, nothing extra. I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and have gotten glitter before and glitter nail polish on top of a color has never been extra I am livid the way I was treated she was yelling at me in the store because I did not agree I told her not to talk to me as she continued to yell my money means nothing. I told her 'll pay and never return I also took my tip back because of the ugly things she was saying she tried to rip me off and was yelling at me because I told them I have never been treated in such a way and myself and family will not be back. You go to a nail salon for relaxation and peace and I paid but said I will not return. Very upset. And to top it off the manager sat there and heard her yelling at me in front of the other customers and being ugly to me . And did nothing.
