Creekwood Village Apartments is a low income section 8 housing that is fairly poor quality due to not keeping the apt. maintained and re-modeled. The apartments still looks like they were from the 70's and management is poor by Lisa Chairs. She is a very smart alec and know it all type of person. When you ask her any question she gets in your face like you're stupid and acts like you're suppose to have known the answer to the question to begin with. It can be any question and she does that. I have had to go over her head for her charging me for normal wear and tear. She charges for things such as venti-hood repairs and tile on the the floor, and things like that. She does not like to fix repairs without charging.

I also cannot get rid of the roaches around and I clean and I clean and spray for them all the time. I asked Lisa to bring the bug man out and she tells me they are on a contract and in order for them to come back on a extra trip it would cost me $70. I've reported everything to HUD about everything where she loves to extort money from her tenants and acts like it comes out of her pocket. Associated Realty says they don't see anything she has charged from me, except a window. They didn't even go back far enough in the logs to double check anything. If something is not there, it has been edited.

Lisa loves to people out of there apt. here because it shows her some authority... now she has an assistant to cover her tracks. When the assistant she passed me on everything and showed it to Lisa and all of a sudden I get another notice on the door about a re-inspection and my apt. was in "fair" condition but I has nothing on the sheet of paper stating anything about the toilets.
I was told by Gale Secrest I watch what I say because they have 21 properties and all of them have impeccable reputation. I do not live at the 21 properties, I live in 1 which is Creekwood. All I know is what goes on here and the management not fulfilling duties as needed.
