Cooper Moving

Do NOT use Cooper! They damaged a $3k refrigerator beyond repair, the workers denied it, I cancelled payment, owner threatened to sue me, harassing me via text messages and owner refused to come visually assess the damages. I haven't heard from them since my lawyer wrote a letter addressing their responsibility outlined within their own contract I signed.

Professional and polite awesome nice guys. Did a great job of packing and moving my antiques. Storage was the ultimate in customer service as well. Can't go wrong with this group of pro's.

Overpriced moving company,they didnt even tell me bout the $100 service fee when I called to book it. The guys they send me look like they straight outta middle school and really struggled with some of my furniture after I specificly told them when I call I need 2 strong guys I have heavy furniture. The result is some scratches and damage to furniture that wasn't moved carefully although they did knock some money off the already rediculous bill.All in all I won't call again,they were recomended to me but were major disappointment.

Was completely disappointed at the experience.Crew shows up almost an hour late,then when they do show up they are glassy eyed and reek of pot.They walked around almost in a daze and proceed to work at a snails pace.They take an extremely long lunch and did not subtract their whole lunch break from the bill as promised.And speaking of breaks,never have I seen so many cigarettes smoked in a 6 hour period!!!Several irreplaceable items were damaged,the bill was almost double what I was quoted over the phone by their secretary,and the crew I received was lazy,slow,and complained the whole time.And get this,they had the audacity to demand a tip!!!!! Ill NEVER use Cooper Moving again thank God!

Excellent and Very Professional Company!!!! The Movers were on time, polite and very careful moving my 4,000 sq ft home. I have used Cooper and Cooper several times over the years and I have been always been very impressed each time with the professionalism of the movers, the cleanliness of the trucks and the cost. I would highly recommend Cooper and Cooper to all my family, friends and co-workers.
