Coletta's Heating & A/C

Coletta's Heating and Air is the best HVAC company I have ever worked with. They are respectful, prompt and reliable. I am not sure what the other post is talking about but I hava had nothing but a great experience with this company and would recommend them to anyone. They are great and I will continue to use them as my only source for hvac repair and service.

My new HVAC is installed by this company. They did not make sure the system system sealed properly without leak. Last This company is not a good company and not trust worthy.
I want to share my experience about Coletta's. My HVAC unit was installed by Coletta's. in early August 2015. Not long after installation, the coolant was become low and they came back to fill it again. After less than a year (April or May 2016), we found the the cooling was not perform and then they did came and had a refill. I told them to make sure that this won't happen again. The tech promised me that there would be not leak again. On this Wednesday (April 19, 2017), we had problem with the A/C again. Called the company manager and promised me that on Thursday morning a technician will come to fix it. However next day morning, there was no call and technician never came. Called them again and again, phone were not picked up. Then called Technician, phone was not picked up. Until late afternoon Thursday, the technician text me and said will call me late in the afternoon. But never called me back. On Friday evening, one of the technician's "friend" called him on behave of me, he answered phone and I talked to him and he promised that he will come to fix it on Saturday. On Saturday he never called me and never came to do the job.
This company has not kept their promise. Not trust this company. They do unreliable job.
