Awesome! My heater was not working and I called for a service appointment. The service technician call me to confirm the appointment and asked me to describe the problem. I explained that it just kept running and kicking on/off every few minutes. He asked how long it had been since I changed the batteries in the thermostat and I was embarrassed to say "I didn't know there were batteries." Needless to say, two batteries saved me a service call. And Chickasaw was honest enough to tell me on the front end without making the service call! Two thumbs up!
