Unsafe and Terrible Management

Bella Vista is somewhere no one should ever want to live. They don't do anything to make the tenants feel like their at home. They have a problem with fixing things. They constantly lie about things that are going on in the complex. We are in the dark. We have no lights on the outside of our buildings. We have rats and roaches, because of them not wanting to clean out empty apartments. I live there now, and I wish there was someway I could break my lease. I can not live under this conditions.
