Baptist Minor Medical Center-Bartlett

This was the most frustrating and infuriating experience I have ever had. Staff extremely cold and seemed to be angry that they had to be there. Dr Terry Curtis was the most uncaring and condescending physician I have ever dealt with. I was told by the doctor that people were using this office as their own personal emergency department and that it had been a long day. I even asked him if this was going to be a problem. Before he asked me why I was there, he informed me that my problem was because of all the medications I was on. I was in tears. Nurse came in and asked if I needed a tissue and then walked out. Dr also informed me that their office was limited in the testing they could perform. Finger stick was used to perform a blood count. I was there for 3 hrs. Will never ever go back and will inform anyone to go anywhere else and never agree to letting Dr Terry Curtis see them. Worst experience I've had.
