From the outside, this place looks good. However, like the previous rater, upon entering the room, we knew we had been duped. With the first room they gave us, neither the heater or the hot water worked. The desk clerk gave us another room, and with this one the shower was the best thing about the room. There was a hole in the wall under the bathroom sink that was barely covered with a metal plate. The room carpeting was threadbare and torn in spots; wouldn't advise walking anywhere barefoot in this place. The heater in our second room barely blew heat, but at least it wasn't a freezer. Had to beg the staff for extra towels. Free breakfast was included, but they start serving at 8 am, not 7 am as the sign behind the desk states. Overall, I would rate zero stars, but had to rate at least one. I've seen better hotels in third-world countries.
