Bad service ! my son is paralyzed and has used this service 6 times, 3 of those 6 times they have sent the wrong kind of cab or called and told him no one was coming resulting in missed needed appointments at the doctors office THIS IS A HORRIBLE SERVICE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY !

I drove. Cabs for this company maybe 2 months worst vehicles in city never understood. Any thing owners or managers said.(heavy,thick Indian. Accent).does not care about drivers even less of customers. Most vehicles should be in junk yard very dangerous Driving ,only care for cash money.had many customers Complain of service ,no shows over charging car breaking down.even driver complain about vehicles.owners does not care one bit ,so avoid if you can may be putting life at risk.Ex cabbie for metro cab

I opened a yelp account just to rate this company. The only reason I use metro cab is because that's the voucher my Job gives us. Don't use metro cab.

I only give this cab company one star because they answered the phone when I called twice. DO NOT USE THIS CAB COMPANY!!! THE person who answered the phone told me they cud send someone out but they had no idea when it might be.... My husband had to be at work at 8:00 this morning and it is now 10:09 and no one has showed up. The second time I called a guy named Mario said he had already told me that he doesn't have a time frame for when someone MIGHT be able to come.... This is not right. They want your money and make u sit and wait for their cab for 3-5 hours. SERIOUSLY!!!! will never have to use a cab service again anyway because our car was stolen yesterday and the police found it so we'll be getting it back today!!! I will never call Metro cab if I ever need a cab in the future. Thanks for reading my review and u should take it into consideration.
