The facility is improving, as they just spent 6 figures remodling the pool area and the customer service is getting better all the time. There is more here than any other club anywhere and I don't need to climbing wall to look at. It is a members only club and I can always get to the equipment without feeling like I am in a dance club. I like having 3 pools, raquetball, tennis, and 2 indoor tracks and more equipment than I will ever use. 200# dumbells are not in my near future, but they are there for those that need them. I ask for some nutrition tips and the trainers will help without asking for money or acting like I am intruding on their private conversation. I had a French Riviera members for years at the same time as this for backup, and they always seemed like I was bothering them because I was not 20, blonde, and well endowed. I have referred friends here and they are happy. They all got a free trial pass to check it our before they became members. I have heard that some people have problems with their collections if they owe money, well, don't owe money. Take care of Business, I say. But that's me. New staff is cool and caring. Still have some remodling to do and could use some help with decor, but who needs pretty, when you sweat?
Well 25 years of living with back pain and a stiff neck believing that chiropractors were the same as witch doctors or "over the top creepy herbal people who put more stock in passive therapy than actually doing something about your pain." In April my back was killing me, I couldn't sleep at night and my feet went to sleep every time I lie down. My employer offered a Free Chiropractic screening with Dr. Tucker. Because I am cheap, and wouldn't go to a Chiropractor unless it was free, I decided to at least give it a try. Turns out my insurance covers all but a copay for each visit and after the initial two consultations, One Dr. Tucker checking me out, xrays and such, and one me checking him out, I agreed to allow him a Crack my back, UGH. Boy did it hurt, just kidding I felt better, truly, after the first visit. He is certainly a trained practitioner. I know he cares, and wants to help each time I visit his office. Recently, I went to Six Flags and the roller coaster did me in, He straightened me out in just two adjustments. No drugs, and I really do feel better. My feet even wait until I am asleep before they go to sleep now. I know you will have the same success as I, If you give him a chance.
If it were not for my experience with the foot specialist, I would have rated my experience FIVE STARS. Dr. Cole performed 2 surgeries on me and I couldn't be more pleased with his explanations and the results of the surgeries - simply awesome! My problem with the foot specialist was that I had several visits and a total co-pay of more than $500 (visits, x-rays, cat scan, MRI) and received NO RELIEF. All I was given was a device to put on my toes. Later I went to a podiatrist and within 5 minutes he diagnosed neuroma, gave me shots and my toe is much better! Very disappointing that this was never diagnosed after multiple visits. I was told that maybe a hammer toe type of surgery would help, but no guarantees. Another friend of mine went to the same specialist and it took 12 months to diagnose his problem (and this after performing one surgery on his already). Again, this is the ONLY bad experience I have had - I would recommend Dr. Cole to any and everyone (have already done that on several occasions).
