Aldens Gate is an established property with extensive brickwork, attractive landscaping and aggressive, ongoing maintenance and grounds efforts. Spacious units with the 2 BR / 2 BA (the most prevalent floorplan) being over 1100 SF. Convenient close-in location saves drive time and gas. The individual unit owners are responsible for their interior unit maintenance and the HOA (home owners association) handles exteriors, grounds and swimming pool through it's management company and on site maintenance staff. All residents enjoy the added security of electronic gated access and all two and three bedroom units include (1) assigned covered parking space. The negative review was quite possibly posted by someone previously sued by the HOA for non-payment of our monthly condo maintenance fee, which is currently $123/mo for the 2 BR units. Personally, I have found the property manager to be helpful, knowledgeable, cooperative and even cordial over the years I've been an owner.
