As we all know it can be tricky for any of us on a car lot, especially when buying used. You never know if you're getting a great car, the best price, etc. Well after many months of internet searching I went to view a few Infiiniti G35's in person. Car Smart of Memphis was by far the most friendly, personable, low-stress environment I came in contact with. They had the best price within 500 miles of Memphis according to all the different searches I did. They work with 3 different financial institues to make sure that you get the best loan available (it was even better than what the bank was going to offer me). Rodney (sales), and John (finance), both took AMAZING care of me, they were laid back enough to let me make a decision on my own and when it was time to decide on the car, the paperwork was quick, painless, and explained very thorough. Everything was on MY time...I test drove the car a few times before returning back to purchase it. I do not regret anything about this purchase. I'd rather give my money to them any day over a large dealership. Even better, when I went to get the oil change right after I purchsed it, Valvoline said it was in great shape and didn't need anything at all. What a relief! Go see Rodney :) My word that he'll make buying a car easy and stress-free.
I purchase my 2008 TSX right off the back of the truck bringing it in to the lot. I receive excellent service from the sales manager all the way to the service department. In my years for purchasing a new car, Acura in my opinion has the BEST service department you can look or ask for. The service managers really go out of their way to make sure all needs have been met. That is one of the star quality they offer that will keep me coming back to purchase another Acura. The saleman I had @ the time was good to about a 4 but, I think he was new. The sales manager was great! The only little small complaint I have. I had to actually come to the office 3 times before they got all my figures together. The system or something wasn't adding my sales tax correctly, so with that I actually signed three different contracts before it was my last. However, they did make up for it with a full tank of gas! So, that weighed out. They are very good @ what they do. I LOVE the car! and the service department gets a 5 star by itself. Keep up the good work.
When you are ready for a new car, start with Chuck Hutton Chevrolet. When I bought my Chevy Aveo there recently, the sales experience was exceptional, but the Service Department is just as remarkable, I soon discovered. I took my car in last week because I was unable to get the A/C running efficiently. Terry Lamb explained that I was not pressing the right buttons, She not only told me; Terry took me out to my vehicle and showed me several ways to take best advantage of the car's cooling system. While my car was undergoing a routine inspection, the staff noticed bubbling on the grille. I hadn't even detected that, but the grille was replaced without charge. I know that the city of Memphis is currently gathering votes for this year's "Best of." I am pleased, but not surprised, to see Chuck Hutton among the top dealerships. I am determined to juggle my schedule, by the way, to take advantage of Wednesdays: Ladies' Day. What a nice custom! Keep up the good work, Terry!
