I called three auto repairs shops previous to this one that quoted me $400 to $600 for a minor tune up without even asking whether I had a car or truck. They told me that I must come in to get a closer estimate. There was absolutely no happy median for them. At Mr Quick Tune, I spoke with a very knowledgeable and courteous associate/worker that quoted me various options that I could choose from while explaining each in depth. Then the associate/worker went further to break down cost and possible unforeseeable expenses. I appreciated the great customer service over the phone and I will most definitely rate them again for the actually repair experience!
Absolutely wonderful service and great prices. Here is a business that really knows their subject well, goes out of their way to help you and keeps their prices way below the Auto stores. I needed a new battery for my old Ford Ranger. They looked it up straight away, fitted it & made a repair to the cable end then gave me some free advice to prevent a recurrence. Super friendly & helpful. I was delighted with the price they charged and was on my way in less than 20 minutes.
I recently had issues with my car and was referred by a co-worker. The man that helped me was very courteous and seemed to go out of his way to explain things. My battery was going down, so he had the car checked and found something wrong with the wiring. They fixed the problem for $39., much less than the an alternator that a parts store said I needed. I will gladly recommend them to anyone I know needing their services.
