Provided by DexKnowsI have used Riley Heating for 26 years and they have always been outstanding in their work. All their techs are friendly, honest and take great care with the work they perform. Most recently on a emergency call I had Paul who got my air up and running. He was there within 3 hours of the call. Riley you are the best!

I left a message with Riley?s answering service and received a call back from a technician in less than one hour.
He was out the next day and got my AC running while I wait for my new unit to be installed.
Daniel S was very knowledgeable and honest.
I called and left a message for the general manager and again, received a call within 30 minutes this time. He answered all of my questions honestly. This company is not trying to sell the most expensive product, they are honest about the right product for your home.
I would recommend this company to everyone needing a new system or service in an existing unit.

Provided by DexKnowsOnce again, like in the past 33 years, we had Riley Heating and Cooling Service our furnace. And once again, everything about our encounter was perfect. They are a company with great integrity. It is easy to make an appointment. Their service techs are always on-time and always pleasant and professional. This time, Marty P. was our tech. He could not have been better. He was prompt, sociable, concerned about our cat, and did his job professionally and in a timely manner. Service fees are reasonable. We will continue to call upon Riley for as long as we are in the Chicagoland area. They are the best!

Provided by DexKnowsWe have been Riley Heating & Cooling customers for years & HIGHLY recommend them!! Daniel came to service our equipment & he could not be nicer, more professional or polite!! Today he told us of something that could need to be attended to, but not now, in the future. We asked him if we should just do it & he said, " I don't want you to have to do anything that isn't necessary. It can wait" I know that when we do need that repaired, service will be quick & prices will be fair!! Everyone at Riley is so helpful!! We have recommended Riley to friends & neighbors more than once & they are happy too.

Provided by DexKnowsDANIEL S. Did an amazing job. He filled me in on any issues I should watch out for coming down the road. Cleaned up the furnace very well. He also cleaned up after himself when he was done which was great. He was actually to my house a bit early and waited until my scheduled time as not to impose upon me before the scheduled appointment. I will be requesting him if possible from now on for my services.
