Three Minute Super Car Wash

Damaged my vehicle's front bumper. No response from owner/manager. Either through the pre-spray chemical(s) or the excessive force from the brushes as my vehicle went through the car wash, paint was removed from my front bumper. I have sent a letter requesting information. No answer. I have called the business, no answer. I have faxed the business with no reply.

DANGER! This car wash will scratch your car and the rude owner will take no credit for it. Not a good or professional businessman. My wife had our car washed here, talked to the gentlemen (Bob and some other man) before the wash, they looked at the car an mentioned the dent in the front, but no mention of scratches on the hood (because they weren t there). When I saw it when she got home (10 minutes later) the hood was scratched all over. Talked to Bob on the phone, he was not only unprofessional and rude, but denied any wrongdoing even before he examined the car, but asked us to bring it in. We arrived to much of the same rudeness and refusal of any wrongdoing, but mentioned they had just got some new equipment. Maybe they don t know how to operate it properly, but they DEFINITELY scratched our car badly. I would avoid this car wash for a multitude of reasons, most importantly, if you like you car, stay away!
