Outback Steakhouse

It's the tried and true formula that has succeeded nationwide for decades, and the Outback works well in Viera too. Service was fast and friendly on the holiday Monday afternoon we visited, but be prepared for a wait at night. The steaks were perfectly cooked, which was surprising considering how new this place is. I believe they brought a bunch of people over from their old Suntree location. Bar was well-staffed and the bartenders were very friendly, writing their names down on a placard so you know who to talk to. The parking lot seems a little small, but there are neighboring businesses where you can park. We will be spending a lot of nights here.
