I’ve only eaten there once and enjoyed it however we went there tonight at 9 and assumed they were closed as there was no open sign on and the employees were cleaning and mopping so we left and went to firehouse. I know when it’s slow it’s tempting to pre-close but it turns customers away.

Their food is delivered very fast and my order is always exactly what I placed!!

Funny they deliver up to five miles and I was 4.7 miles and they wouldnt deliver to me. Bout to boycott jimmy johns. Seems like everywhere I am they don't want to deliver. Too bad cause I'm a good tipper.

Tonight I was going to put a delivery order in....the guy who was taking the order said they don't deliver to my address I explained that they meet me at the furthest point on Babcock and us1 and he said I dont think we deliver there I explained to him I have ordered from them a ton of times and they always meet me there....he was so rude and then said ok what ever....what would u like....I said now to speak to a manager...he said he was sorry and I said you do not talk to customers that way now can I please speak to a manager...after a few times of him not wanting to put a manager on he said.....well I am the manager....lol..wow I said I sure hope not ...and asked again to speak to a manager and he refused.... so I am a business owner here as well I will b calling back first thing tomorrow...and I WILL Talk to a manager and I will even call corporate...so I hope u liked being rude.....

First time at JJ today! It was terrible. From the idiot they had working at the counter to the fact that they gave us packets of mayo for a sub! #1 NO KIDS MENU, ok no kids menu but they have a sub that is a slim (which is meat and cheese only) that is great for the kids but we wanted mayo on it. NOPE CANT DO, but we can give you packets of mayo???? Correct me if I am wrong you can add mayo to a sandwich but you can give out packets when no doubt that costs your resturant more $ and its more waste! SO STUPID! #2 ok so we get packets, can we have a plastic knife to spread the mayo- NO PLASTIC KNIFES????? So we are suppose to spread with our fingers???? #3 a sub literally had 2 slices of meat on an 8 inch! TWO???? One slice of cheese!!! We paid $15.50 for 2 -8 inch subs that SUCKED! The bread was good, but one of the the weakest subs we have ever gotten! The people that work there are all stoned, look at you like your nuts when you ask for an EXTRA LIKE MAYO- WTF!!! We will never go back again!!

Horrible "CLUB" sandwich WITHOUT THE BACON !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! sloppy mayo everywhere ! Way too much lettuce . the manager was stupid by saying" our clubs dont have bacon!!!" I have had CLUB all around the globe...they ALL HAD BACON!!!!!! The little girl didn't have a clue. The bread was tasteless..Then they said for $1.75 they would put 2 small slices of bacon on it ..........the worst I have ever had. I left the pitiful ...."CLUB" for some dog to eat .......there where 12 goofs standing around like zombies
