Gary's Tire & Auto Repair

DAMAGED MY MERCEDES!
LIARS! New 'Owner' and con artist! Left tool on engine and slammed hood shut on it and dented and cracked my Mercedes hood! Gary has gone and spikey head Hispanic heavy-set young man owns it and pretends he is just a simple worker and the 'manager' can't do anything!

Car damaged and when I asked for a refund he said he talked to manager (LIE!) and he can't give refund. I pushed more and then he said he could only give refund if he DRAINED the oil! Lol! I'm not making this up! How vindictive! So I went to desk looking for managers name... and he admitted he was new owner and grudgingly gave me my money back but all the while he was complaining how he has lost money on me!

He also said he doesn't own next door tire place ... think that is a lie, too, not sure... but that he lied and played me ( a woman) for a fool after my 12 shift at hospice and I had to waste my time and emotion trying to get truth out of a dirty business practice owner that's more filthy than his oil! It took ages and so much emotion to make him tell truth... that still might be half truth, how can I recommend this business to anyone after he hides that he is owner, only owners trying to hide aren't proud to own an American Business here is States! I hate writing negative but feel a lot more must be hidden, my car was dented in hood because of HIS oil wrench tool head left on top of engine but his lie took over as at first I was only trying to establish who the tool that was left on top of my engine and the hood closed on and dented was left by.... but got overshadowed by this darn stupid liar, still don't know his name! I call him NOT Gary... latin girl working there would only give me " Luis" and lied too ... it's awful! What are they all hiding!!!!???

Gary's Auto and Tires/10 min oil/Fernedez Tire Shop attacked my character and called me a bully and that I have hate in my heart and they have "love" for me.....I wrote an honest review of damage on my car and horrible customer service that smirked, lied and ignored me when GARY'S TOOL was left in my car, how much proof does one need! I don't need their love, I needed a quick oil change! I don't know the ages of the people that worked on my car and would not tell me who the "manager" was and they don't know his name etc....maybe they were 20 and need more experience, I have no idea, all I know is I need to do my due diligence and warn others ....and how you now have attacked my character just means you are WORSE than merely lieing about manager, wanting to drain my oil if I got a refund and not wanting to do anything at first about the DAMAGE YOU LOT CAUSED HOWEVER OLD YOU ARE! My MERCEDES is the victim here not you lot! GEEZ
