Phenomenal! I recently had a CT and a large tumor was found behind my right eye. I needed to get a MRI fast and contacted First Choice. They scheduled me in immediately based on the urgency of my situation. Shelly Keebler did an incredible job working with my insurance company and making sure all was covered. She saved me a lot of money and went above and beyond any of my expectations. She was so kind, understanding and I felt she was looking out for my best interests. I cannot thank her enough for all of her help. I then had quick feedback from Dr. Thomas Foster MD on their team. He immediately reviewed the MRI and I was relieved to hear it was benign. I still have surgery ahead of me but First Choice did such an incredible job exceeding my expectations I felt I had to let others know. In a time where many medical practices are putting the brakes on services and patient care, they put the pedal to the medal and really surprised me. This is what we need more of in the medical field.
