Capritta Appliance Service

I have used Capritta in the past and have had good and not so good experiences. The last experience with my Samsung refrigerator repair took 4 weeks for them to get and install the right part. Initially, the problem was incorrectly diagnosed. When the failed part was correctly identified, it took 4 weeks to finally get the part installed. Capritta ordered the part twice but the part either came in defective or wrong. There was no compensation for the inconvenience of 5 appointments, 2 which were not kept due to issues with the part. I wish that I had known how to install the part myself, as I found the correct part on line, readily available at a lower price.
