The Dental office is nice but I have to question the cleanliness of the staff and office. The assistant smelled like she was drinking and smoking all night then went to work. There was a white garbage can in front of me that appeared to have blood on it. Its so noisy in there it sounds like a bar. There's cluter on the table behind the chair. Trash on the counters next to the gloves. The assistant nor the doctor bothered to wash their hands before putting gloves on. The assistant takes an xray, the doctor walks in looks in your mouth, barely speaks a word to You then leaves. The assistant then is making an appointment for you 6 months away for your tooth ache . You pay a bargin price for dental service, you will get a bargin experience. I guess beggers can't be chooser. So if you have the opportunity to see another dentist I recommend it!

I would recommend this place to my enemies I won't to love ones friends.....if they have a choice if you don't it ok at lease until you can get insurance go else way I try it three time difference dr different locations sorry I had no help

Worst service I had no help for I walk out . I pray that they get better for those who need it . I hate when the dr or staff think their better then the patient that how I feel the time I been to this location and the one on sliver palm I'm not safe there I feel like treat us as a number

Palm Bay BHA on Babcock was the most atrocious service I have ever had.

AS others have said, this place is terrible. It took my countless times calling them to get a hold of someone. I left two messages over three weeks with my name number date of birth and reason to see my doctor, yet they never got back to me. Finally got a hold of someone today and was hung up on. This is the worst care i can almost imagine, avoid at all cost.

Lousy staff. Made an appt. For Palm Bay early March. Couldn't get in until Apr. 3??? Patiently waited the required amount of time. (Had to go to an urgent care center in the meantime). Called to confirm Thursday, March 28. Got a message on my answering machine Mon. April 1st cancelling. Called them this a.m. April 2 and was told that provider no longer works there?!! "Call the Melb branch, see if they can take you". Shows how they care about their patients. I'd say, not at all. Maybe I can be seen by the end of June for chronic respiratory issues in the Melbourne clinic

Very poor service. Showed up on time and then was met by very immature staff who would rather text than be at the office. Filled out pages and pages of questions the doctor didn't even bother to review. Very poor mannerism, no really interested in our problem (knew it all) Very arrogant and self absorbed, the woman had the nerve to look at me and say "Oh he is still in diapers?" I said had you bothered to read the 15 page patient history you may have noticed that he was born at 32 weeks, 2 months premature, and he is developmentally delayed! She did not hear a word I said and then proceeded to say "Do you ever even try putting him on the potty?" I was absolutely appalled, as if it was any of her concern, or was in any way relative to why we were there in the first place, we all had the flu! I will never ever, ever, take my sweet children back to this physician for any reason! I live and breathe for them every day, and to be judged because my family is going though a layoff, and are on medicaid, was a pretty low blow and you ought to be ashamed of yourself! Terrible bedside manner and no obvious concern for the reason we were there at all! STAY AWAY!
