My son and I bought a king size adjustable bed for almost 4800.00 back in June of this year. It took four attempted deliveries to get all pieces to frame and beds were dropped off first only to sit on floor and wait for correct frame pieces. We were promised two rebates from Ashley’s in Melbourne where bed was purchased. There are three managers Gabby, Cosandra and Lilley. It’s hard to get through phone lines, I’ve spoken on phone with two managers over the past three months to address status of promised rebates. I always am told they will get back with me but they never do. Over the last five weeks I have left at least 10 voice mail messages which have NEVER been returned. Once about two months, after speaking with I believe Gabby on the phone I got a call from their Corporate office (800)477-0097 about the rebates and they put in an incident report but nothing has come of that. And good luck getting them to answer the phone as well. So I went in physically last week, though I disabled, and talked to Lilley personally and she promised to get back with me the next day, that was Nov 12th. Over a week and still no phone call back.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever seen and I’m a native of this area. My credit card company for my Ashley’s credit card said it is the stores responsibility to follow through with the rebates. Buyers beware because after the sale you are no longer a priority to them. I should of walked out when it took them hours to try to come up with numbers to beat a quote from Rooms to go! Then to be promised rebates that never came through.....BEWARE

I went in today looking for a recliner but because of the great deals and service from Jim I ended up buying a couch and loveseat in addition to the recliner. Great experience!

We were greeted by Brian upon our arrival. He was so enthusiastic, helpful and knowledgeable that we ended up purchasing a dining room set, bedroom set, pillows, mattress cover and mattress.
Brian didn't just sell a mattress, as we were testing it out, he explained all the benefits and explained each of them.
As we were leaving, another customer arrived and specifically requested Brian. Weekday a great asset Brian is to your company. I'd highly recommend him as well as I would return to your store for future purchases.

Total rip off! Beware!!! I bought my bed set on April 7th. They said it would be delivered in 4-6 weeks. Every time I call, they push the delivery date back another 3 weeks. Ridiculous. 11 weeks later and nothing!
