This is the Best 55+ Park, we are a small community with nice neighbors. We are a very active community! There are many activities daily, or enjoy the Year Round Heated pool!

Moving into Arrowood has been life changing for me, It is a joy to live in a happy, active community with wonderful neighbors and friends. It has Location mins to everything you could possibly desire,,,come Join Us..House's are starting at $15,000!

This mobile home park is terrible!!! The lot rents are terrible. The golf course is a joke, You get a clubhouse and a heated pool - that's it!!! The other emenities are sponsored by the HOA and not Arrowood owners and management. The management has stupid rules and even breaks them herself (we have photos and video). Even though there is a pet section in the park, the park is NOT PET FRIENDLY!! The lot rents are ridiculous for what you get, and it's driving the home prices down through the ground. You pay for Cable You pay for Lawn Care You pay for Water You pay HOA Fees There is no real golf course - just a few holes. No Tennis Courts No Racketball Courts Limitation on the number and time you can have your grandkids spend with you! We were literally trapped here for 7 years because of the lot rents, manager, and falling home prices - Due to high lot rent. This park is not worth it. DO NOT BUY A HOME IN A PARK WHERE YOU RENT THE LAND!!! YOU COULD BE TRAPPED!!!! as we were!! If you are there, get out while you can. We finally made it out last year and into a conventional home. Our cost are lower and we've never been happier!!!!
